reliable service The Motopress hotel booking plugin I have works really well, and despite me requesting help several times, it always ended up being something I was doing wrong. The assistants were very helpful and polite helping me fix the problem, even when I called about the same problem more than once.

Good support, very bad product The support of Motopress is very helpful and responds pretty fast. That's about the only thing that's worth it with them. They know that the product is bad and that's why there's absolutely no refunds. You can't really do much with the hotel plugin, a simple sql based system works so much better, and the themes are really horrible. Lesson learned. Unless you want to do the most basic stuff and have 0 IT knowledge, I really wouldn't go for it.

I really have to say MotoPress and their support team are the BEST in the biz - out of any platform of any type I have ever worked with. If you haven't started using MotoPress already, don't hesitate. You absolutely won't be disappointed with their wonderful product and support!

Like any tool, it takes a while to get the hang of it, but everything is well explained on the forum or on YouTube.
