MotoPress Hotel Booking software This hotel booking software has made taking bookings through my website easy, MotoPress make regular updates adding more functionality, and if there are any issues their support team are quick to help, Andre was especially helpful making the changes to my website for me as I am not very technical. Keep up the good work.

Whole package of plugins and wasted money When selling, they promised that everything would work, in reality it doesn't work like it should, and the support keeps talking about refunds. it's useless money. better buy 10-20 other plugins for that price that will work and have good support. The plugin lacks many things that it does not have and cannot be set, the plugin is overpriced, there are cheaper and better ones.

Customer support was fantastic. Customer support was fantastic. We had an issue with the plug in. I contacted support and Andre was able to quickly resolve my issue.

Eugene was absolutely great (as always)… Eugene was absolutely great (as always) today with the items I needed help with - he quickly identified the problems and walked me through how to fix them. I really have to say MotoPress and their support team are the BEST in the biz - out of any platform of any type I have ever worked with. If you haven't started using MotoPress already, don't hesitate. You absolutely won't be disappointed with their wonderful product and support!

Good support, very bad product The support of Motopress is very helpful and responds pretty fast. That's about the only thing that's worth it with them. They know that the product is bad and that's why there's absolutely no refunds. You can't really do much with the hotel plugin, a simple sql based system works so much better, and the themes are really horrible. Lesson learned. Unless you want to do the most basic stuff and have 0 IT knowledge, I really wouldn't go for it.
