GBI called customer service seeking help… I called customer service seeking help with unsuccessfully sent faxes. I had the pleasure of speaking with Argyro, who was extremely patient and helpful. Although we got disconnect while waiting to receive confirmation of success from a test fax, she was able to follow up with me via email. It was the simple error of not inputting the country code with the fax number. We even joked saying, "Wouldn't this be funny if I'm just missing the digit 'one' in front for the fax number?"
