Quality customer service and very reasonable prices! I'm totally new to all things computer and wanted to set up a minecraft server for a reasonable price and also transfer a world from single player to the sever. The customer service was excellent, Mike was extremely helpful and patient even thought I sent a ridiculous amount of emails with question after question! He sorted the whole thing out and answered all the questions within 5 minutes of me asking them. Very positive experience!

We had a Minecraft server with Extra… We had a Minecraft server with Extra VM. There was a miscommunication as to who was going to pay for the next quarter, and immediately upon the server payment being late, Extra VM deleted our game files without warning. Everything that we had done was just wiped away. We didn't know, and submitted payment. They took our money, but our server was still gone and we couldn't get back online. It wasn't until I contacted their customer support that I found out they'd deleted everything. I am FURIOUS. We had absolutely incredible buildings, we had spent untold hours on that server over many months, and they gave us no grace period, no warning, nothing, just deleted all of our game files. Absolutely do not use Extra VM! Update: Since I posted a review they didn't like, they just completely deactivated our account entirely so we can't even reply to their customer service team. Maybe instead of posting a nasty reply to your customers, give them some warning that their files are going to be deleted. At no point did I ask for free services, but nice try twisting around what I said to make me look like the problem. Glad my money will go elsewhere from now on.

Very good experience Very good experience! You get notified when a DDoS attack is detected via email, haven't been successfully DDoSed (even OVH/Softether bypass attack methods were filtered or mitigated no downtime, no lag, etc. Over all one of the best hostings I've used (I've been through 10+), isn't able to be timed out of COD servers by a 10 Mbps UDP flood on the destination port like vps from ovh.com or Evolution Host. 💯 Recommended!

Unavailability Tried to order a Minecraft server in Singapore, but upon payment they cancelled my order and refunded the payment due to an unavailability in the region. I can totally understand this, but I feel that they should tell the customers that it is unavailable before they make the purchase. (this post has been edited)

Outstanding host, with amazing support and shockingly good prices for the service My experience with ExtraVM so far (about 9 months) has been simply fantastic. Leagues better than the previous couple hosts I've used, and with great prices too. One area that requires exceptional praise would be the support - it's outstanding. Replies are insanely fast, incredibly helpful and informative, and has been nothing but a pleasure deal with. I'll keep updating this review as I use the service longer!
