Good customer service although their recommendations didn't have as much impact as we would have liked I contacted plumrocket about a Magento 2 speed issue. They performed an audit and told me that me that some of their products and implementions would help solve the issue. They installed the first of these recommendations. As we were slightly underwhelmed by the results we didn't instal any others. Perhaps this was an expectation managment issue. We did eventually find a solution to our speed issue elsewhere. Plumrocket were to good work with irrespective and offer a genuine service I believe.
