Plumrocket was very responsive and helpful in their replies when we had an issue with integrating the plug-in to our Magento 2 store. The issue was resolved and follow up messages were sent offering more help if needed. I'd recommend Plumrocket to anyone looking for a new layered navigation for their online e-commerce store.

Good customer service although their recommendations didn't have as much impact as we would have liked I contacted plumrocket about a Magento 2 speed issue. They performed an audit and told me that me that some of their products and implementions would help solve the issue. They installed the first of these recommendations. As we were slightly underwhelmed by the results we didn't instal any others. Perhaps this was an expectation managment issue. We did eventually find a solution to our speed issue elsewhere. Plumrocket were to good work with irrespective and offer a genuine service I believe.
