While I was mildly frustrated by not being able to make the change online, I called in and worked with Eveldina who was polite, efficient and solved my problem immediately. She also stayed on the line until she could confirm my problem had been solved which I very much appreciated.

True and dependable The customer service was wonderful. I enjoyed using Efax. Efax is fast and accurate. I will recommend Efax to anyone that needs a reliable faxing service on their mobile phone.
