A gift I ordered for a family member… A gift I ordered for a family member did not arrive. I contacted Zazzle, who asked that other possibilities be checked (correct address, etc). Once these drew a blank, Zazzle immediately agreed to provide a free replacement, to be delivered by a faster postal system. Fully satisfied, could ask for nothing more.

RESPECT & QUALITY The quality of fabric, professional design & excellence in workmanship with my items was beyond excellent. I dealt with Cristina wonderful young lady. So far I have bought two body cushions covered in artwork print & two matching bed throws. The 2 rooms I am decorating look stunning. As for service there is none better. I had accidentally ordered through the wrong website I had accidentally ordered through the US site and was enquiring how long post would be. The lady I was chatting to, quickly sent me a link to cancel my order and sent a link to re order through the Aust Zazzle site. Hoping it arrives before Christmas but she saved me a lot of stress.
