Had USADrop for 2 months and 90% of the… Had USADrop for 2 months and 90% of the 1 star review is based on their horrendous customer support. I have waited up to 1 week to get a response to very simple questions; if i got an answer at all; every "personal sales agent" is called Rick or Ricky, which means they dont even try to pretend like there are "personal sales agents" at all. The website sometimes does not work if you want to import products. You get various error messages from time to time. All this even though i purchased their most expensive subscription.

NO PHONE NUMBER TO SPEAK TO A REAL PERSON Numerous attempts have been made by me to contact USA DROP through Whats App. The purpose of my messages was to inquire about sending thank you cards for my company to their warehouse, and I have directed these messages to April and Rick. It has been impossible for me to speak with anyone over the phone, which has caused feelings of frustration and being overwhelmed. This has been holding up the process of my store opening. This incident occurred in December. I am hoping to get this settled soon.
