GBI emailed customer service with a… I emailed customer service with a problem with the canister. About a third of the perfume had leaked out. Within a couple of days I had a new decant! No “mail the broken one back”, “here’s a % off your next order”. A brand new one. No doubt, I will continue ordering!! Thank you so much!!

The shipping speed was extremely quick and delivered to my mail forwarding service without any problems. Packaging was perfect, everything was intact and they even included a nice sample.
