I emailed customer service with a… I emailed customer service with a problem with the canister. About a third of the perfume had leaked out. Within a couple of days I had a new decant! No “mail the broken one back”, “here’s a % off your next order”. A brand new one. No doubt, I will continue ordering!! Thank you so much!!

Excellent all the way around I wish all my online orders were processed this way. My fragrances were packed by a human who actually wrote a kind thank you on the packing order! The shipping speed was extremely quick and delivered to my mail forwarding service without any problems. Packaging was perfect, everything was intact and they even included a nice sample. Would recommend them 100%.

The best decants on the web! I am a perfume collector and have received decants from perfumers all over the web. Onyx is hands down my favorite source for decants!
