Amazing software backed by amazing people Their FeedbackFive is amazing! Saves me time so I can focus more on sourcing and research. I haven't tried their other cloud based software, but I might soon. They're very helpful too!

More reviews across the board We've been using FeedbackFive for a year. Overall, we've seen increases in the number of reviews and ratings on all our items. Now, we've paired this service with Amazon's automated reviews requests and the results are much better. So, yes, asking for reviews is way better than not asking. The only issue I've had with this service was a technical issue that no one was able to solve - I was unable to insert a product image into the body of the review request email. My customers were not seeing the product image. But eComEngine tech support (various rotating cast members with little history of events) claimed everything was fine.
