What wonderful customer service we… What wonderful customer service we received. We'd decided to add the extra bottles in the welcome pack but added to late. This was no trouble at all. We emailed and within an hour or so (late evening) not only did we get a reply but had the six bottles added. We also used a voucher and we were able to use the remaining credit too. Fantastic customer care. I can't wait to sample my Sancerre! My husband bought me the voucher as a gift and I'm so pleased he did!
