GBProperty Matrix software is worth a look! I work for a small company that owns and manages rentals in Bloomington, IN. We did some research online and found Property Matrix had good reviews for their product and support, plus it had certain features we were looking for such as the ability to let tenants pay rent online and the ability to start small and expand as we gain more properties. We are so glad we chose Property Matrix. The product is just as advertised, and the support is even better than we expected! The fees are reasonable and affordable for us, too. We have not been using it very long, so I still have questions as I work in it. The support team is quick to respond and they take the time to figure out any issues or questions I have. They are able to take our data or forms and set them up in the background for us, as well as teaching us how to do it for ourselves. We look forward to a long relationship with Property Matrix.

GBTop notch customer support Support readily available to chat/email, held my hand through the entire process. Accounting functions are great, tenant tracking function is even better. Love how I can include pictures of the various units and buildings. Brought in an additional employee and she was able to catch up to speed in just a few days without prior experience. I've used Yardi, MRI, Appfolio, Jenark, Rent Manager and probably a few others that I can't even think of right now and Property Matrix is easily the most user-friendly option

KEImpressive Accounting Capabilities I’ve tried out a couple of property management softwares now and I have to admit that Property matrix has stricken me as one of the best, if not the best. Since such software entirely targets property management businesses, accounting has always been one of my principle assessment and review criteria. A great property management software is significantly defined by its accounting features- and Property Matrix perfectly executed that. They have taken a simplified approach to the whole accounting issue- allowing you as a property manager to track payments of each unit right from the dashboard, which is arranged according to the houses you manage and the corresponding units. You can still track the finances from the Accounts tab, which immediately displays all your tenants and their corresponding due balances. Payments submitted by tenants through their online portal is automatically reflected in the outstanding invoices section. If alternatively, they submit payment through other methods, the system gives you the option of clearing their pending invoices through Multipay or Check Scanning. The former saves you the time you’d have taken to clear each tenant individually, especially if you have many properties to manage. From the Accounts page, you could also click on the Transactions tab to track all the transactions made by individual tenants. This really comes in handy when tracking past payments and amounts owed by tenants.

GBStill the BEST selection! Our company is new to Property Matrix but so far, we are loving this system! As the bookkeeper for our three properties, I searched high and low for a software that could meet all our needs at a reasonable price.
