Zoe is very attentive with her clients and is quick to call you back if when needed. I'm very impressed with the website she's been working on and the detail information is awesome.

Chris Hall! Awesome Service Chris Hall is who we where dealing with. He has patience and cares about the final product results. I made numerous changes and request he was always professional and checked to make sure we where on the same page with what I wanted. Professional and well spoken I would highly recommend him. Very patient and got the job done I had 3 companies to choose from and I chose Amazon Profs due to the price and their reviews on here. I did check several reviewers who said that their book had been published on Amazon and was reassured to see that the books were there as said. Chris Hall was my project manager and he was extremely patient with my constant requests for changes until it was right. There were unavoidable delays due to the time difference between the UK and the US but generally everything went smoothly. Chris did make a couple of attempts to upscale my contract to a more expensive one with a wider audience but when I explained that I could not afford to, no matter how much I would have liked to,he accepted that and did not pursue it. I was provided with a Word doc ebook file and a pdf paperback one and although it took a few months due to the changes and amendments required, my book was finally published on Amazon. I was a little concerned when asked for OTPs etc while Chris logged in to my account and got my book up there but I was assured that once it was published I could go in and change my password, and that was exactly what happened, no problems, no unauthorised actions. I was also very pleased with their cover design, it is very eye catching and looks fab. All in all I am very happy with the service received for the price paid. I never, ever thought I would have a book for sale on Amazon and now I do thanks to Amazon Profs and Chris Hall.
