This company is a TOTAL SCAM!! This company is a TOTAL SCAM!!! Do not have anything to do with them they took my money, put a unprofessional unauthorized copy of my book on Amazon and it took almost a year to get it off. They refused to take my calls, emails texts. Ripped me off. They are professional crooks, Pau Dalton

Thank you Guys My first book with Amazon Profs, I just wanted to say thank you for all the hard work my team put in for making my dream a reality. Joe my protect manager was very patient with me, due to all of the questions I kept asking, and has done an amazing job keeping me updated on what has been going on throughout the entire process. This last few weeks has been a whirlwind and I have learnt so much, so once again a massive thank you to my team. You guys were the best.

Very patient and got the job done I had 3 companies to choose from and I chose Amazon Profs due to the price and their reviews on here. I did check several reviewers who said that their book had been published on Amazon and was reassured to see that the books were there as said. Chris Hall was my project manager and he was extremely patient with my constant requests for changes until it was right. There were unavoidable delays due to the time difference between the UK and the US but generally everything went smoothly. Chris did make a couple of attempts to upscale my contract to a more expensive one with a wider audience but when I explained that I could not afford to, no matter how much I would have liked to,he accepted that and did not pursue it. I was provided with a Word doc ebook file and a pdf paperback one and although it took a few months due to the changes and amendments required, my book was finally published on Amazon. I was a little concerned when asked for OTPs etc while Chris logged in to my account and got my book up there but I was assured that once it was published I could go in and change my password, and that was exactly what happened, no problems, no unauthorised actions. I was also very pleased with their cover design, it is very eye catching and looks fab. All in all I am very happy with the service received for the price paid. I never, ever thought I would have a book for sale on Amazon and now I do thanks to Amazon Profs and Chris Hall.
