Epsilon Community cannot fault Armahosts Epsilon Community cannot fault Armahosts after being in a rought patch with Nitrous Networks. We've been enjoy their services for just over a month now and have seen 100% increase in player activeness, due to 99% uptime, apart from us restarting the game servers. We've also gained more donations from people who are happy with the quality that we provide, through Armahosts services. We're looking forward to staying with them for the foreseeable future.

There was no choice to cancel a service… There was no choice to cancel a service on the website, and I was told to contact billing about it. Billing closed my ticket and did not cancel the service. Along that, their FTP access was broken and support was mostly terrible.

Seeing what you guys did to change the configurations and talking with me over the past couple months allowed me to learn slowly.... and I apologize for not catching on that quickly... totally new to Arma and server hosting. You guys enabled me to enjoy Arma with a group of friends that had never played it before on our own private server when I don't think we were going to be able to otherwise. Thanks a bunch!

Extremely friendly and helpful staff The staff is very friendly! Some of the staff is hit or miss on their knowledge in how to help to you, but they always to seem be doing their best and will escalate a problem if they can't help you. That being said, The crew here recently spent literally a week with me, trying to get my Arma 3 server set up properly. we kept getting plagued with issues, but now we are up and running! I highly suggest them for all of your server hosting needs! When we decide to get our space engineers server and 7 days server, we will 100% be going with Arma Hosts!
