There was no choice to cancel a service… There was no choice to cancel a service on the website, and I was told to contact billing about it. Billing closed my ticket and did not cancel the service. Along that, their FTP access was broken and support was mostly terrible.

I have been with Armahosts a while now… I have been with Armahosts a while now and I have never regretted that choice. I tried several other host before them and didnt stay more than 2 months,been over a year now with Armahosts. Dont have many problems,and if I do have a ticket it is answered and fixed promptly,AND more over and greatly appreciated is the emails stating any status of server,the upgrades going into a system and not being static to there comsumers,and the politeness and promptness of staff. 5 stars,would recommend to ANYONE. Best ArmA hosting service. I was completely new to ArmA servers. And ArmaHosts has made it the most painless and easiest experience to run an ArmA server. They help you learn how to mod and will fix and issues you may make. They also will help you change things over to different missions and explain how things work. One of their support staff, Junrey, has made the experience so much better. They are always informative, helpful, and make certain processes incredibly easy. They've also helped me way more then they should have, and they've always explained things where I might have made an issue and never once left me with an unpleasant experience.
