GBOur condo Association is in it's fourth year with MoneyMinder. Our condo Association is in it's fourth year using the MoneyMinder software. The software is very user friendly, one wouldn't need an accounting background to use the product. The very competent staff is very prompt and helpful when questions arise. Additionally, when confronted with an accounting allocation problem, the senior staff was very helpful in walking me through the issues involved, saving our association a great deal of money.

GBExcellent Software for Nonprofits This product is excellent for nonprofit organizations that need good software to manage their books. The program is intuitive and entries are very easy to make. There are a large number of reports available to prepare for any date range you choose. The reconcilement option helps ensure your entries are accurate. The old program we used for our books was outdated and not user friendly. I switched to Money Minder this year after taking over as Treasurer of our PTA and it was glorious. It is so user friendly and very easy to use. Their customer service is great, and the live chat function connects you to a real person who is able to help you immediately. It has been a great addition for our PTA!

As the association treasurer, I've been posting income and expenses since 1987 for the Hayward Park Estates Association. I am not an accountant by any means. The key to MoneyMinder's success is the Chat Agents: Amanda, Traci, Luk..They are experienced and patient in guiding me through the different processes. I'm still learning the system.

GBMoney Minder is a club treasure’s dream Our retriever club began using MoneyMinder after it was recommended to us by my best friend who was an accountant in DC at the Treasury Dept. I was the club treasurer that had absolutely no accounting experience and had managed the club finances for 20+ years using an Excel spreadsheet. The subscription to MoneyMinder was the best investment we could have ever made. It has so many features for managing the monies and the reports I generated made me look brilliant. I was able to do our club’s tax filings thanks to the program’s many tools & documents. It has a wonderful set up for tracking member dues and donations and even has the ability to send notices out. You can link it with your bank account or Venmo/PayPal etc. we were able to set up a budget structure to follow and report the financials for each club event. And definitely the best part is their Help Center either by chat or phone, these folks are AMAZING and ALWAYS available to help me thru the many questions I had. I just passed the club’s treasurer position on to another club member, who is much more accounting savvy than me, and he is in love with this program and will be renewing the subscription immediately. He said MoneyMinder is absolutely the tool to use for our club and is excited to play with all the possibilities it offers.

GBGreat support and knowledge Jules, Traci, and the rest of the crew are great. They helped me get our HOA books and payment system set up. This was very new for me but they walked me through it with such patience and kindness. They are very knowledgeable and made it a wonderful experience for me. I know if I ever need support that they are there to answer any questions I have. I highly recommend Money Minder.
