Hello Bonsai makes it easy Hello Bonsai has made it easy for me to run my business, from offering contract templates to a business cash account. It's not overwhelming like other CRMs, yet still provides all the features I need. I like how the team continues to roll out new features and improvements based off user feedback and requests. Please keep it up!

Game Changer I have used Bonsai for over two years to manage my freelance writing business. The time tracking, project proposal and contract forms, and invoicing tools have been a game changer. I no longer waste time creating things from scratch, manually entering my work time into a Google sheet, or searching for what to have in a proposal or contract. There are so many more useful tools in Bonsai and I look forward to using them as my business grows.

Absolutely LOVE having all my admin… Absolutely LOVE having all my admin stuff in one place. Proposals, contracts, invoices, client CRM, checking account, taxes, accounting..... I could keep going. I'm a big believer in keeping things simple in all aspects of my life and Bonsai helps me do that with my freelance business!

Bonsai / Hello Bonsai is Terrible Bonsai / Hello Bonsai is absolutely terrible. They charge ridiculous transaction fees and then hold your money up for weeks after the payment has been made. Absolutely infuriating, they have massively screwed up my business. I wish I had known this before signing up with them. I canceled my account with them as soon as I learned about their predatory practices. Literally, any other service would be better than Bonsai. In addition, Bonsai support is practically non-existent. I have never paid so much for a service and not been able to get an actual person on the phone to try to resolve even the most basic issues.

Very helpful support team While considering this product, I had several questions which prompted me to reach out to the support desk through online chat. The support agent, Sawyer, was able to provide answers to all of my questions about subscription seats, APIs, and more. Very helpful and knowledgeable about the product. Thank you!
