Excellent customer service Bonsai has excellent customer service. I am a solopreneur managing many different types of projects through the platform. When my account ran into trouble, they provided me with multiple solutions and asked me which one I wanted to go with, then made the changes to my account for me. I'm surprised to find a platform that does proposals, contracts, time tracking, invoicing, client data collection and project/task management all in one place. It's been saving me valuable time on the admin side of my business. Especially loving the user-friendly proposal acceptance / contract signature features, and the automation capabilities, which have enabled me to send invoices, payment reminders, and forms automatically instead of manually. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5, is the process for importing data from my prior time-tracking program hasn't been the easiest. But other than that, the Bonsai platform is fantastic for a freelancer or consultant.
