GBGreat Tech Support I have been a customer of this company for several years now. There’s been several times that I was unable to log into my account. In one case it was my error in the configuration files. I contacted tech-support and the problem was fixed within a day. Recently, I ran into another issue of not being able to login to my account. I contacted tech-support and the problem was solved in less than 24 hours. The technician had to reinstall the entire system and now I have no problem logging in. It is very possible that there might’ve been a break and attempt to compromise the server as of this review system is running perfectly with an updated operating system I would recommend serverroom.net for anyone who needed a dedicated server.

PTTheir support system could be improved. Edit: After initial problems regarding bandwidth issues, they were able to provide a full refund on the charges. Their Facebook chat service was very efficient. It's a pity that their support system doesn't have a ticket system and it took almost a week to get full support / and clear answers from them.

GBDO NOT USE, Absoute Garbage Its a shame I cannot press 0 stars 4 Days ago, I order server! Not at all used because expired password. They reinstall, same issue. They try charge me 29.99 for password reset. Support also slow.
