Great Tech Support I have been a customer of this company for several years now. There’s been several times that I was unable to log into my account. In one case it was my error in the configuration files. I contacted tech-support and the problem was fixed within a day. Recently, I ran into another issue of not being able to login to my account. I contacted tech-support and the problem was solved in less than 24 hours. The technician had to reinstall the entire system and now I have no problem logging in. It is very possible that there might’ve been a break and attempt to compromise the server as of this review system is running perfectly with an updated operating system I would recommend serverroom.net for anyone who needed a dedicated server.

Their support system could be improved. Edit: After initial problems regarding bandwidth issues, they were able to provide a full refund on the charges. Their Facebook chat service was very efficient. It's a pity that their support system doesn't have a ticket system and it took almost a week to get full support / and clear answers from them.

I switched from Liquidweb to… I switched from Liquidweb to ServerRoom, and I am glad that I did! Not only are the servers faster, but the support is second to none. 6 Month Customer Review I've been a customer with them for 6 months. The support staff is friendly! They honestly have the most reliable and affordable GPU servers around. I highly recommend them for streamers, or radio networks! If you know linux and OBS basics it's a breeze to setup and begin streaming!
