One should NOT consider this a guarantee that you are shopping at a legitimate commerce site! The site I used claims they guarantee money back, but on day 31 they said "sorry Charlie" and Norton only covers first 30 days.

Retraction of previous review Norton were meant to guarantee Cellphone cases but it took a long time for Cellphone cases to respond . Norton need to vet their companies to make sure they perform well if they are going to sustain credibility. Having said that I gladly retract my previous review as Cellphone Cases have refunded my payment

It really works! I used the services of Norton Shopping Guarantee to reclaim money taken from by a scam company. Fortunately I was able to register my dispute with Norton and their involvement meant that I got a full refund from the scam company ketopurediet. I'm sure that with out Norton's involvement I would not have got anywhere.
