GBGood product, horrid customer service The products are great and I strongly recommend them, however beware the customer service. You're better off having a conversation with a brick wall. I had an issue with my order and I got the same copy paste response and then a "we're resolving your ticket" even though literally nothing was fixed. I'd honestly be shocked if these people even read their customer service emails.

KEI placed an order a month ago and still… I placed an order a month ago and still haven't received it. When I tried to reach out to customer service, my emails were ignored. It's frustrating to have paid for something I haven't received and to not get any response from the company. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for.

GBI'm extremely happy with my custom… I'm extremely happy with my custom formulated Function of Beauty hair care product. I purchased basic shampoo and conditioner with a hair mast add-on to that order. Nice shampoo - i use a small amount to get very clean, and the conditioner is light but effective for my fine hair. Nice stuff. Happy.

DKDisappointed! I've previously been so happy about the products and have easily been able to contact them and receive help however, this time they've completely ghosted me after taking my money. I ordered on the 2nd of January, the money was collected on the 3rd, I've written twice and haven't heard back. Now it's the 31st of January - almost a MONTH after! It is really bad customer service!

GBAmazing but expensive Amazing personalised products! I’ve been using function of beauty for over a year now and I love it. My only concern is the ever increasing price, this with the postage cost has made me cancel my subscription. I am very excited to see products are now being sold in boots and can’t wait to try!
