Made my gray hair smooth and manageable Prior to using Function of Beauty, my hair was course and brittle due to graying. It had also changed to a wavy frizz. After using Function of Beauty for several months, my hair is soft and manageable. I flat iron it every day and it is still very healthy. I liked being able to choose what to put into my shampoo. I really believe that it has strengthened my hair and has made it more manageable. I highly recommend Function of Beauty shampoo and conditioner.

I had an ordinery experiance with… I had an ordinery experiance with Function of Beauty. I like theyr productss and the price is also not too bad. The delivery time was pretty reasonable too. Which was really great given the fact that I had ordered from them as a gift! It was nice that the website also had a range of choises which made it easier to choose what I wanted. The website iteslf was easy to navagate too. Althogh the customer service wasn't really the best, I was still satisfied. Overal it was a pretty decent experiance, althought it could have been better if the customer service was better.

I placed an order a month ago and still… I placed an order a month ago and still haven't received it. When I tried to reach out to customer service, my emails were ignored. It's frustrating to have paid for something I haven't received and to not get any response from the company. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for.

A little goes a long way and worth the $$$ My bottles of shampoo and conditioner lasted me 6 months, so it is worth the price! I use 4 squirts of each a day (believe it or not, a little goes a LONG way and I could probably get away with 2 per day) and I have really long thick hair. Like, to my booty long and thick enough to make most stylists envy my hair. I shower a minimum of once a day (sometimes twice but I only wash my hair once) because I am super hygiene OCD, and I have to wash my hair daily because of a skin issue I have. So trust me, the price tag may look scary, but it honestly is worth it.

Disappointed! I've previously been so happy about the products and have easily been able to contact them and receive help however, this time they've completely ghosted me after taking my money. I ordered on the 2nd of January, the money was collected on the 3rd, I've written twice and haven't heard back. Now it's the 31st of January - almost a MONTH after! It is really bad customer service!
