This is the custom hair product for me Was using a different custom hair product before and could hardly brush through my hair. Friend was using Function of Beauty and her hair looks amazing. Cost was half as much so decided to give it a go. No regrets and hair is more soft and manageable. Extremely happy ❤️

The shampoo & conditioner combo has exceeded my expectations and has vastly improved the health of my hair!! If you decide to buy these products, remember to give it a few weeks to work before you make any judgements!

Disappointed! I've previously been so happy about the products and have easily been able to contact them and receive help however, this time they've completely ghosted me after taking my money. I ordered on the 2nd of January, the money was collected on the 3rd, I've written twice and haven't heard back. Now it's the 31st of January - almost a MONTH after! It is really bad customer service!

Wish for environmental packaging… I love the silicone free conditioner with lavender, it’s the only conditioner I ever tried that makes my hair hydrate and smooth and really soft. My hair has been so soft and no breakage since I switch to silicone free formula. My hair is wavy, fine and balanced. The reason for the 3 stars instead of 5 is because I wish the bottle and the pump where different. I wish the bottle was glass instead of plastic - because of enviromental damage of plastic. I would pay more to have a glass bottle! And also it would fit the product better, because the product such nice quality. And I wish the pump was better quality, so it wouldn’t break as easily and I could stop ordering them when ever I buy new conditioner + shampoo. Also I can’t seem to ger the last 2 cm of product, up from the bottle I always have to cut it xD

Good product, horrid customer service The products are great and I strongly recommend them, however beware the customer service. You're better off having a conversation with a brick wall. I had an issue with my order and I got the same copy paste response and then a "we're resolving your ticket" even though literally nothing was fixed. I'd honestly be shocked if these people even read their customer service emails.
