GBOrdered a great looking shirt Ordered a great looking shirt, but then had an issue with the package not being delivered and no shipping updates available. Contacted the company and they were right on it, verifying all the info, following up with me every step, and ultimately reprinting and reshaping the shirt which was as great as I had hoped. Fantastic customer service, and a really cool shirt!!

GBI saw these and wanted to help Robin and these folks I saw these Ts online and they did what they were supposed to, letting me know that a lady I admire has expanded her acting to doing music as well. Since music has been a big part of my life I had to have one. The artwork was good and not to Goddy...just right. However you have to keep in mind that colors really grab you when they are on a black background. I cannot wear black Ts in summer as I get too hot so I ordered mine in a light grey color. It just didn't grab me like the black background did. I though maybe they would use brighter ink on lighter backgrounds and maybe they will. My experience was positive as they took my advice when I explained that the colors washed out to me on a light background so they offered me another T free of charge and I can use my grey one for sleeping as it is comfortable. I let them choose the color and just told them to senfd a T that is light enough to be comfortable in hot weather yet dark enough to make the statement stand out on the T. They sent me the green T which is a good combination of light enough to be comfortable in all weather and yet the colors stand out much better than on the grey T. this company listens to their buyers and that is a great company. We compromised on the color and my artwork stands out much better now. They were not only easy to work with but genuinely cared about my happiness and satisfaction. I will do business with these people again and help any way I can as they are good people and well meaning!

GBEclipse T-shirt order The was an error when I order my shirts. I inadvertently put the wrong size on my order. I emailed the company and had the error fixed. Everyone was great on the support team. Thank you for all you do to keep customers happy!

GBA few weeks ago I bought 2 shirts and… A few weeks ago I bought 2 shirts and one of them got cut during shipping. I didn't put insurance on because I thought I didn't need it since the last times all went so smoothly. Well this time it didn't and it wasn't the seller's fault but USPS did the damage. I contacted the company to see if I could get another shirt and I was fully prepared to pay for it. Well, what a surprise I didn't have to pay a penny and the issue was resolve in less then 48 hours and that over the weekend. Now where does that ever happen!!! Even if you have been a costumer for quite sometime this just isn't the case. So thanks to Dana who was fast and right on the ball I got another shirt and it came quicker then predicted. I was totally blown away. This was such a great experience and hassle free. Thanks a million for such a pleasant experience.
