no Honor to stated order Placed an order and I paid to ship expidited . promised to deliver between 1/31/24 - 2/2/24. order was not shipped until 2/3/24 and it was shipped normal mail.- 1 day past the promised delivery date. they stated they could not refund my expidited fees even though they shipped past the promised delivery date. Very poor customer service and what I have read this is very common fromm this company. do not use them

I ordered the "I am Ammosexual I ordered the "I am Ammosexual - I oil my guns with Liberal Tears" t-shirt and coffee cup. I got my cup quick but I contacted support inquiring about my t-shirt. They got back to me in less than 24 hours. As they asked, I waited a couple more days and did receive my shirt. They were on the ball. I would definitely order from them again.

Scam site Ordered alumni hoodie and minutes later, fellow alumnus told me it's a scam and the seller was using the school logo without authorization. Emailed seller within an hour from time I placed an order and received reply saying order has been processed already and cannot cancel. Fast forward, it's been 5 weeks and shipment didn't arrive. Shipment tracking didn't update since 4 weeks ago. Emailed seller for status today and email bounced back. GearLaunch is hosting scam seller!

I destroyed my husband's fairly new tee… I destroyed my husband's fairly new tee shirt (Christmas gift) with bleach in a laundry oversight and was thrilled when the GearLaunch team responded to my request to duplicate the order in March. Both Fernanda and the GearLaunch team were super helpful in fulfilling my request. The product was beautifully made and held a lot of happy childhood memories of his birth place. The tee shirt was extra special because of the long sleeves, quality material and softness of the product. The size (L) was a perfect fit for him. I will use GearLaunch again for future purchases.
