Excellent colors with no hair damage Excellent customer service and coloring advice. Tried a color I've never done before, (midnighy blue) and I would've never tried it without the proper guidance that I got from ugly duckling. Dyes are also not overpowering and hair didn't get dry and fried. Colors are vibrant and stick around with proper washing and maintenence. Love!

Absolutely love your products from the… Absolutely love Ugly Duckling products from the Toners to the purple shampoo and the Brillant Blondexx shampoo and mask are awesome. I am able to achieve the blonde that i want and since i been using the shampoo and mask my hair is back to being full and healthier.

1 star Color not as advertised, rose gold gave me purple hair and made my hair feel so horribly damaged it all needs cut off.

I wasn't a fan of the toner I wasn't a fan of the toner. I'm pretty sad about it too because I seen on a online ad it was the best. Definitely not the best product. My hair was still very yellow and I followed the directions to a T.

Love, love, love I ordered the bleach and toner tube and it was perfect ! I have watched multiple ugly duckling videos and tutorials and they are very thorough. The way the steps are described are great . I received the products and did my hair and it came out wonderful! It is the perfect icy blonde just as described. I have always bleached my hair myself and in salons and have never had the perfect color until now . I would highly recommend ugly duckling products !
