Excellent colors with no hair damage Excellent customer service and coloring advice. Tried a color I've never done before, (midnighy blue) and I would've never tried it without the proper guidance that I got from ugly duckling. Dyes are also not overpowering and hair didn't get dry and fried. Colors are vibrant and stick around with proper washing and maintenence. Love!

I ordered products in hopes of… I ordered products in hopes of achieving the right color. No orange no yellow. That did not happen. I will take responsibility in my part of possibly doing something wrong. My main reason for 1 star is my order was missing a product. I have emailed over and over about this and have yet to get a response or my missing product. Very frustrating.

1 star Color not as advertised, rose gold gave me purple hair and made my hair feel so horribly damaged it all needs cut off.

I had an ordinry experiance with Ugly… I had an ordinry experiance with Ugly Dryckling color. The goods I goys were hardly of aceptable quality. The website is ok, though not overly attractive. The cost of the items was okey. Customer service was almost good, thugh a few times I had sime probelms with comunication. Overal I would say that Ugly Dryckling is a faily ordinry, average experience.
