I have been a colourpop customer for many years I've been a colourpop customer for many years. I have received many incorrect orders from this company. Often items are substituted by colourpop with no customer notification and are nothing close to the original items. I love the correct products I do receive! I feel customer care and customer service has declined.

Did not receive one of my ordered… Did not receive one of my ordered items. Was given store credit for the cost of the item, though with shipping I would still be having to pay more money just to get the item I ordered in the first place. I wasn't refunded just given a voucher with a 3 month expiry which I'm not even likely to use in the time

Pigmented Perfection This was my first time getting color pop hair dye and wow, I absolutely love it! I got the raspberry dye with the conditioner and had it dyed the Friday before Easter, and thanks to the conditioner it’s still vibrant almost a month later! Their jelly glitters always hit it out of the ball park, and now I have some of their lipsticks as well which have been so fun! Their eyeshadow remains amazing and pigmented as all ways.
