Often items are substituted by colourpop with no customer notification and are nothing close to the original items. I love the correct products I do receive! I feel customer care and customer service has declined.

Great products, disappointing experience The products are great, unfortunately my shipping experience wasn't the best. After taking longer than normal to arrive, 2 of the items were missing. When I received the missing items, the blush palette was broken. I had been looking forward to it & I wasn't able to use it. Everything else is pretty good. Love the lippies & vibrant colored mascaras.

Truly the best makeup ColourPop is my favorite place to get high quality make up for sensible prices. I've order a variety of products and the formula for this products is pristine and the delivery is never more then two weeks. I wish this site was more known because people are missing out on the joy ColourPop has to offer.

Purchase experience was fine Purchase experience was fine, the first time I used the nude lippie stick I bought it was broken. Down where the piece turns it up. So now I cannot even use it.
