Happy Customer Not like what most of us are used to with speed and communication from the big company that took over the world, but everything was great. Received two emails and product arrived within a week. No issues with authenticity. My wife has been using this for years and would have known if something were fishy. Would definitely buy from again.

Shipped wrong type. Ordered cologne set for "MEN" was shipped a set for "WOMEN". Representative was unable to communicate in english. Had to send photos for proof of mistake they made. Had to file a claim through Paypal to get resolution. Glad I payed through Paypal. Got refund through Paypal. Never heard back from seller. I am not prejudiced in the least bit. But in order to do business nationally you should be able to communicate.
