Edit: The company reached out to me on their own and provided a refund while also allowing me to keep the incorrect item. It’s unfortunate that I didn’t get the original one I wanted, but customer service responded quickly.

I stumbled upon the perfumesandrea.com… I stumbled upon the perfumesandrea.com website and checked out some of their perfumes. The variety seemed ok. There were a few issues with the site, but nothing too terrible. The presentation and layout were good, but I did encounter some problems with the navigation and loading times of the pages. It was just a bit frustrating. The prices were reasonable, and the customer service seemed to be somewhat responsive. However, it's not a site I would come back to often due to these small issues. There is still some potential here, and with a few improvements, it could be a better experience.

Look Elsewhere Placed order, but after 4 days made email inquiry as I had gotten no shipping info. Vendor replied with "refunded transaction". No explanation. Further inquiry got no reply. Got PayPal involved and refund went through. Vendor replied through PayPal they had a problem with payment. No idea why, had to be on their end. Product still seems available. I ended up purchasing elsewhere. Horrible customer service, I will never do business with them again. I'm a fragrance collector, so I order from vendors often. I suggest you steer clear of this business.

As far as my experience goes, nothing extraordinary comes to mind. They have a dicect selection of items with occassional offers that are avaiable on website. I did not faced anu issues in terms of sorting and customizing orders. Dis files were okay but coud have been better. Thay must look into repeat customers are medianage. Thier customer care was alUrght, they did respond quickly however there seems wrk need to be done in terms of conveying happiy customers. 🤔 I honesy didn't face any problems so I can't thern recomend anything. All in all it was an ordinar experiance
