I never received my order so I emailed several times and got no response and when you call their number you get a voicemail saying "All of our representatives are currently busy with other customers" literally every single time. Much to every fragrance collectors dismay and surprise, this new comer to the fragrance world was quickly done away with. When I saw this available on Fragrance Lovers website, I quickly purchased a bottle. The pricing was very fair and the shipping and customer service was exceptional.

The overall purchasing experience was… The overall purchasing experience was ok, but the selection is very limited. Basically, 80% of their fragrances are sold out with no restock in sight. I mean, all the good ones are not available. In fact, there's more items "Sold Out" than "Available". I don't see myself shopping with them much from here on.
