Horrible Horrible! The first one lasted 1 week before it stopped working. I tried their troubleshooting, still nothing. They were supposed to send out a replacement nozzle and hose but the hose was missing. I was then instructed to send back the entire diffuser (shipping label provided by them). 4 weeks later I received a NEW, defective product! UNREAL. The diffuser worked for about a day and stopped producing mist AGAIN. I’m done with this company and their horrible product. I would not recommend this company to ANYONE as it has been nothing but a waste of money and time. I bought a cheap diffuser off of Amazon and use the oil in that and it hasn’t failed me yet!

Awesome! Loving all the scents I ordered and the scent diffuser! I’m glad I got the smaller diffuser as it will fit almost anywhere and not take up a lot of space. Shipping was quick and ordering process is quick and easy. So glad I ordered this product! My house smells delightful!

Doesn’t work properly have done the… Doesn’t work properly have done the troubleshooting still can’t get it to work properly and can’t get answers from the company. The blue light goes on showing it plugged in the green light will come on for a few seconds then I will turn off which means it’s not working properly . This is a scam I bought a starter kit… This is a scam I bought a starter kit which was suppose to come with the diffuser and a scent and I also bought another scent to add too it, packaging came and only the diffuser was in the box with the extra scent I bought. Ok that made me mad then after just a week the diffuser has stop working nothing is coming out I’m pissed I didn’t read all the messed up reviews before buying. Please do not wish your money on this product.

If I could give this company a zero I… If I could give this company a zero I would diffuser only worked for a little bit notified the company sent it back with their label now they’re saying they never got it so I’m out all that money because they will not send a new one because their product sucks , they don’t answer the phone and when they do they say hold on I’ll check then disconnect then can’t get thru …this item is not cheap and not to replace it….the broken one never even worked right from day one ( they say they never received the broken one so now I’m out all that money…. I have been told to contact better business bureau that will be my next step
