If I could give zero I would If I could give zero I would. I've been waiting a month now for a product that actually works. After charging my device for 5 hours it never turned on. Sent it back the next day and I'm still waiting. If you call customer service they tell you to wait 14 more days for the warehouse to "inspect" the item. Complete scam. I'm just out the $100 I paid to them.

Awesome! Loving all the scents I ordered and the scent diffuser! I’m glad I got the smaller diffuser as it will fit almost anywhere and not take up a lot of space. Shipping was quick and ordering process is quick and easy. So glad I ordered this product! My house smells delightful!

Doesn’t work properly have done the… Doesn’t work properly have done the troubleshooting still can’t get it to work properly and can’t get answers from the company. The blue light goes on showing it plugged in the green light will come on for a few seconds then I will turn off which means it’s not working properly .
