BUYER BEWARE! BUYER BEWARE!! This company has shady business practices. I was excited to receive my first order until they charged me for a duplicate order that I never placed or received. There is no customer service to resolve this issue outside of email - this occurred in October and I've been getting the run around since. They stole $163.18 and will not refund my money or at the very least fulfill the order I've paid for.

Loved it at first, then.... I ordered the Crystal, which is the Baccarat Rouge dupe which smelled amazing and I absolutely loved it. However after a few times wearing it, I developed a terrible rash on my forearms that lasted not days but WEEKS! When I reached out to the company, they took down my review and offered me 15% off a future order. Ummmm....why the he** would I order anything again from them? Thanks but no thanks. RIP OFF.

Scam Would give 0 stars if I could Alt executive 26 smells like Mont Blanc Explorer in a cheap bottle. Lasts 15 mins on my skin, when ask friends/family on what they think they all say they can’t smell anything Have left a review on their website, clearly they only keep 5 star reviews which are probably people promoting the product anyway 😂 Have asked for my money back but no response surprise surprise

This is my second order from ALT and… This is my second order from ALT and there was a minor issue. The service I received to rectify the issue was fabulous! The email that I sent was replied to quickly. The customer service manager, Prajakta is great. I appreciate her care and understanding. The fragrances from ALT are amazing and super affordable! They have a customer for life!
