First experience satisfaction Easy to use website for ordering. Free shipping within good timeframe. Purchased fragrance is inviting and soothing w/ longevity. Ordered a second fragrance to deliver later in the week. Still new but very happy with initial experience. The customer service is very quick and appreciative of their customers.

BUYER BEWARE! BUYER BEWARE!! This company has shady business practices. I was excited to receive my first order until they charged me for a duplicate order that I never placed or received. There is no customer service to resolve this issue outside of email - this occurred in October and I've been getting the run around since. They stole $163.18 and will not refund my money or at the very least fulfill the order I've paid for.

Love it!!!!!!! I recently ordered for the first time and there was a mix up so I emailed ALT and they responded back to me fast and apologized for the issue. The scents that was sent to me smells so good good and I will be ordering again.

Love the smell. I was cautious at first but when I've got my first perfume was amazed how it smells like original perfume. Love the smell. Already got my second order. Also had small issue with packaging but ALT team deal with it very quick and very professional. Will order more in the future.
