I was so busy getting the business up and running that I didn't realize what bad shape my books were in until it was too late. I hired Bench Accounting to redo the whole year, and they got me cleaned up, cleared out, and ready for taxes. They were communicative and helped me stay accountable.

Everything is perfect ! Everything is perfect ! I incorporated a US-based subsidiary for my French company about 4 years ago and have been using Bench since then. Their service is perfect, everything is simple and smooth even for someone who has literally zero clue about US accountancy... The team is always reactive and very helpful, kudos to them!

STAY AWAY. FOUR MONTHS OF BOOKS OUTSTANDING. They are ridiculously slow with monthly books. Even for tax reports - I've had to file an extension because they are so behind. RUN AWAY. There is no AI and it's completely false marketing behind this "platform". Stick to an old-school accounting firm where they actually can book a call with you within a week.

Bench Accounting has made everything so seamless! Bench Accounting has made everything such a seamless process for me. I am so grateful for them all because I had such a nightmare tax season last year and I was so overwhelmed with my books. I was referred by one of my clients and I am SO glad I decided to work with bench. They are so responsive, helpful and I've never been able to see my books like I do now it's a godsend.

Bench charged every month but did not deliver anything they promised :(( We starte dto work with Bench as a C Corp 7 months ago and we paid every month regularly monthly fees. We had no banking transaction on 2023 so the simplest accounting and Tax return File you can imagine but they could not deliver it on 15th April. And they don't tell you that their service fee does not cover Tax Return to IRS till last day of 15th April for non resident shareholders. They are just a software company and no knowledge on book keeping and tax return filing as they could not help us even on simple C Corp Tax File Extension Application (they have not done before :(( ) No one can explain me why we paid 300 USD per month ...
