Satisfied Customer in First Year with Bench As a new business owner, bookkeeping and taxes were top-of-mind to make sure I stayed compliant and accurate. While Bench is my largest expense currently, my experience thus far has been excellent. They have prompt response times, answer my questions thoroughly and have delivered on timelines promised. So far, in addition to the work completed, the peace of mind has been worth it!

I have really enjoyed working with… I have really enjoyed working with bench accounting-- it has been exactly what I needed for my real estate business. I love the convenience of being able to shoot over all my receipts, sync up my accounts and know that someone who's much better at me at book-keeping is keeping track of it all. I've had really great account managers, and when I wasn't happy with them, the company was good about finding someone who was a great fit. The only reason it isn't a 5 star is b/c the prices keeps going up quite significantly, and in a few years, I've had to change 3 account managers since they leave the company. The company probably needs to pay them better!

Bench is a no brainer for business owners! Bench has been one of the best services/softwares I’ve signed up for since starting my business in 2017 (6.5 years ago)! Bookkeeping is not only a headache for the business owner, but getting it done correctly is vitally important for your taxes.
