GBWorst customer service Worst customer service. No US based employees other than sales. Overcharging me for months on non-existent vehicles. Cannot reach support. Get the run around. Tried to get a replacement device and it's been over a month. Again - still getting billed. Find another company

He even took it in his stride when it was being explained to him about the problems we had had, as he could have taken it, that the anger was directed at him.
