Worst customer service Worst customer service. No US based employees other than sales. Overcharging me for months on non-existent vehicles. Cannot reach support. Get the run around. Tried to get a replacement device and it's been over a month. Again - still getting billed. Find another company

Nice one Kendal!!! We run a fleet of vans and have always considered getting trackers but it always seemed to much upheaval. I decided the time had come to do it, braced myself for all the hassle and contacted four companies to choose from. Right from the start Kendal from Verizon stood out from the others. She explained everything quickly and clearly with no nonsense. She was very knowledgeable about how it all worked and was able to answer all my questions. The Verizon system seemed very good but was a bit more expensive than some others who I spoke to but I just felt able to trust Kendal and the product. Now we have it installed in 5 vans I'm delighted with it. Straight forward and easy to use, all good in fact. I'll be calling to get the rest of the fleet wired up soon.
