I never received the product even… I never received the product even though the Shop app showed it as delivered. I have sent two emails to the shop app and two to the seller and have gotten no replies! Unless this matter is resolved I will not be purchasing directly from this site anymore.

Love the polish Love the polish, i made my first purchase recently. Polish came in one piece, it was definitely well packaged. Only reason im giving it a 4 star reviewed is because i wish the website was more cohesive on what's available and what isnt

Great shop for all nail art supplies Great shop for all nail art supplies, I really love their products. I’ve tried a lot of things, from stamping plates, stamping polishes to gel polishes and they’re all great products. They have very good customer service and I have never had a problem with their orders. I definitely recommend them.

Great products Products in general are of pretty good quality, but the site layout could be updated to give customers a more clear idea of what is in stock or not, because out of stock products can sometimes show as listed until you try to add it to the cart. In terms of customer service, I have mixed feelings about how it's handled in given situations, although it may just depend on the person who is handling your case. Overall, the outcome is usually satisfactory and I will continue to shop here for my nail products.

Beautiful Gel polishes great products!! I’ve never had a bad experience with Born Pretty. Their polishes are highly pigmented and go on very well. It’s wonderful for a beginner and great for professionals. If I ever have a question it’s responded to immediately and they want their customers to be very happy. The packaging is carefully put together to make sure there is no damage in transit. I love their nudes, colors, reflective glitter gels, cat eye magnetic and omnipotent and rainbow. Their selection is phenomenal. Highly recommend!!
