Awful customer service, run Unprofessional, the worst customer service possible. If you have a question or a problem with your order they will just ignore you, regardless of the plateform you contact them on. They will even have the nerve to leave you on read on WhatsApp. It says a lot about their general values and their brand.

Good products! Found Born Pretty through a tiktok account and was excited to find a company I could order from as a non-cosmetologist and get salon-quality products. The shipping took a while but I ordered around the holidays and understand it’s shipping from another continent. I’ve tried two of the three polishes I order and like both. Was surprised by one color (more brown than red) but it’s still a color I would wear so still a plus. Haven’t tried my stamper yet but looking forward giving it a spin. Also appreciated the multiple times I’ve been allowed discounts. Would order again and have recommended to friends.

Beautiful Gel polishes great products!! I’ve never had a bad experience with Born Pretty. Their polishes are highly pigmented and go on very well. It’s wonderful for a beginner and great for professionals. If I ever have a question it’s responded to immediately and they want their customers to be very happy. The packaging is carefully put together to make sure there is no damage in transit. I love their nudes, colors, reflective glitter gels, cat eye magnetic and omnipotent and rainbow. Their selection is phenomenal. Highly recommend!!

I love the nail polish of this brand I love the nail polish of this brand ! I paint my nails with a solid color (one or two coats), then I choose one of the Born Pretty nail polishes and put a coat on top of my solid color. Finally, I add a glossy clear top coat ... which adds additional depth or richness to the colors. I don't even use a magnet, I’m happy with the way the color appears to change when I tilt my hand in different angles.

I never received the product even… I never received the product even though the Shop app showed it as delivered. I have sent two emails to the shop app and two to the seller and have gotten no replies! Unless this matter is resolved I will not be purchasing directly from this site anymore.
