The customer servise was almost good and the delivery was fine. I had no problem with the order but the item was not that great. For sure I wouldn't recomend the website to anyone as there were surely better alternatives out there. Over all, it was an ordinray experience and nothing special about it. They should definetly work to improve their customer servise and get better quality items. That's all I can say for bneboutique.com.
