GBI ordered the Basic Facial kit has a… I ordered the Basic Facial kit has a 40th birthday gift for my bff. We were supposed to go to England, but alas COVID-19 has prevented that. Since we cannot be together, she lives in California and I live in Illinois, I thought this would be perfect for a day at home pampering! I had some questions with my order and it was IMMEDIATELY answered! The products are wonderful and the customer service is first class. I would order again, it has truly been a great shopping experience. I want to try one for myself now!

GBI was able to buy several high quality… I was able to buy several high quality products that I've been looking for locally and couldn't find. I received my order quickly, which is very impressive given how long most packages take to get to Hawaii. I appreciated the extra touch that was included in my first order. GBI have been using this products for… I have been using this products for roughly two years and it has never disappointed. It has been constantly upcharged on amazon so I was happy to find it here for the original price with the same two day shipping for free.

GBI purchased a Christmas gift on 12/6-… I purchased a Christmas gift on 12/6- plenty of time for delivery. It got stalled and possibly lost in transit- and the reps are doing absolutely nothing to rectify the situation as this was supposed to be a Christmas gift. They are just saying to wait it out. Unacceptable.

GBHappy Customer This review is for the product and the boutique. First, this is my second shipment and they were both great. Even with the covid precautions, I received my package within 3-5 days. As for the product...It works! I was only using it once per day and the results were a little noticeable. But, once I started using it twice a day, I started to see drastic results. The dark area in my armpits is almost back to its natural color. It makes a world of difference in confidence. I will try it in other areas but this is a winner!
