Extremely expensive Friendly interface, very versatile but EXTREMELY expensive. For Family pack (5 users) you have to pay over 90€ per year, which is a joke.

User feedback is ignored by Keeper For several years I have suggested repeatedly that Keeper allow users to log in using authenticator app or 2FA instead of having to type out secure password. Each time I get the same "We appreciate your feedback and will pass it on to our tech team," and nothing changes. Clearly this type of feedback is thrown in the waste bin and ignored. At this point Keeper feels primitive in its continuous use of password for those of us who don't want to put biometrics online. Suggests a sense of complacency at Keeper. If I were starting over I wouldn't use Keeper.

Zero customer support - expensive subscription It is impossible to delete an account without signing up for to Keeper’s VERY EXPENSIVE subscription. There is ZERO support without a paid account, despite previously being a paying customer. It shouldn’t be this difficult to have control over my data.

Just 6 days notice after 8 years - avoid Been with keeper for over 8 years using the freeware variant for personal use. Just been given 6 days notice to pay annual subscription or lose my accounts. Having been part of their growth and success am appalled by this lack of notice - worse than Twitter. They don’t deserve your business as the customer doesn’t matter - it’s not difficult to have a freemium version - I’ve never had any support in the past and recognised that was because it was freeware. Avoid.

Easy to use and secure record manager I only use Windows and iOS. Keeper has worked flawlessly on my personal computers and iPhone. Auto-fill works without issue. I have over 300 records that Keeper keeps securely organized. Best of all, during my time with Keeper there hasn’t been any security breaches.
