GBI am with Keeper because they have phone support I am with Keeper because they have phone support. Plus, its simple to use, bulletproof and an ultra modern password tool

CHRecommendable Password Manager Very good experience with the password manager. The prices are just right, coming in at $3 a month, which is a steal. The UI is very user-friendly, and anyone can easily navigate around it. It surprised me how many features this password manager offers. Super many nice QOL things that are easy to set up.

GBJust 6 days notice after 8 years - avoid Been with keeper for over 8 years using the freeware variant for personal use. Just been given 6 days notice to pay annual subscription or lose my accounts. Having been part of their growth and success am appalled by this lack of notice - worse than Twitter. They don’t deserve your business as the customer doesn’t matter - it’s not difficult to have a freemium version - I’ve never had any support in the past and recognised that was because it was freeware. Avoid.

GBGood basic password manager Took a while to get set up but now it works well. One big issue I found is that if you import identical logins from 2 different browsers it imports both separately and I couldn't find a way to delete duplicates without doing each one manually. The security audit shows all passwords used more than once but not which sites they are used on. To summarize, there's a bit of a learning curve but once I got the hang of it, I now find it fairly user friendly. I recommend watching the videos under Resources on the Keeper website.

GBThis is way too difficult to use This is way too difficult to use. Using accounts "protected" by Keeper causes wrong password errors which, in many/most cases count towards disabling your account. For Keeper to work properly it needs to always seamlessly be running in the background. It doesn't.
