GBNicelabel software. When the order first went in, there was an issue in that it was marked as a physical delivery instead of a electronic delivery. Once I spoke with a customer service rep the issue was taken care of and I got the product at the lowest price that I could find. The software works great and no issues.

GBI eventually got the product I ordered-… I eventually got the product I ordered- but it took over a month. The time wasn’t the issue, there was no communication until I got frustrated and complained. This score would be much improved if the seller would simply communicate if there was a backorder. Then it was made worse when they obviously lied about it. I called in and was told “we have one for another customer that doesn’t need it fast so we will ship that one to you,” which did not happen. It’s human error and mistakes can happen but I hope they improve.

GBI returned the SP 700 printer back to… I returned the SP 700 printer back to you months ago because it did not have Ethernet. I was sent an invoice stating the refund for the purchase but the funds were never credited to my account. I reached out several times to have this matter rectified but to date I have not been refunded for the purchase. This is horrible customer service and poor business. Now I have to take legal action to retrieve my refund.
