GBPM43 Cleaning Cards I ordered two packs of cleaning cards to clean some PM43 label printers and paid for 2 day shipping. After 4 business days, I finally inquired as to where my products were and was told they were not in stock. The gentleman I spoke with was nice enough and did get back to me when One (1) of the packs was shipped. However, I still have not received the 2nd pack

GBNicelabel software. When the order first went in, there was an issue in that it was marked as a physical delivery instead of a electronic delivery. Once I spoke with a customer service rep the issue was taken care of and I got the product at the lowest price that I could find. The software works great and no issues.

GBI returned the SP 700 printer back to… I returned the SP 700 printer back to you months ago because it did not have Ethernet. I was sent an invoice stating the refund for the purchase but the funds were never credited to my account. I reached out several times to have this matter rectified but to date I have not been refunded for the purchase. This is horrible customer service and poor business. Now I have to take legal action to retrieve my refund.
